The summer in Madhya Pradesh,now Chattisgarh was very severe.No one is supposed to go out especially children during the morning hours between 10.00am to 5 pm.Probably you will be hit by sunstroke where people go to dehydration and sometime die of it.Lot of water and Ice cream becomes a staple diet during this months.Air-conditioner were not so much in use hence aircoolers were used.Sleeping was the only best thing that could be done on those days.Evenings all of us go to nearest park and drink cold Coca-cola and Gold spot.Use to spend time in the park till 10.30 in the night.
After coming back every household use to sleep outside their house and no one was bothered thieves.However I do not think it can be done so now fearing the criminals.
Some vacation we go to our native place ie.Kerala.Things are pretty cool there.It starts raining by 3rd week of May and what a relief to see good moonsoon and the beautiful smell of wet soil!
